I would create a separate table with a topic-field and a 
quote-field. In this way, you can have any number of
quotes associated with any number of topics. 
And if you need some topic to be "principal", you can 
have a third fields with, for example, a number indicating
preference (1 is the principal topic, 2 is less, etc. ), or
just 1 for principal, 0 for others.
