I got a kick out of a few things on the web site
that I thought were interesting:

1. Is cheaper than comparable products --
Escapade Beta 0.1.0 is FREE.

-- Isn't PHP, and Perl free??

2. In addition to current support for the popular and efficient MySQL
database, plans are underway to support Oracle and other generic
ODBC-compliant databases (Sybase, SQL Server, etc.) in the immediate future.
This scripting language is written in C, which makes it very easy to port to
other platforms.

-- Hmmm...php already supports MySQL, Sybase, Postgress, Oracle and
others. "This
scripting language is written in C, which makes it very easy to
port to other platforms."
Well if they are only testing on Linux boxes how would they know
wether their product
is easy to port to another OS? Most standard HP-UX and Solaris
boxes don't come
with gcc or the like as far as I know... at least none of mine
did.

I am not trying to completely discount your product, and it may very well be
a nice
product when it is finished, but state that on your site or you will be
a-hole's like
myself picking it apart.

Good luck, and hopefully you will develop a product that beats them all.
I think we should come up with a language that has just one tag.

<read my mind></read my mind>

And watch it all work wonderfully.
