When you connect the database from the provider2 you
use the function:
mysql_connet('localhost', '...', '...');

To connect (actually upadte, insert ...) from provider
1 you should do this:
mysql_connet('provider1 IP', '...', '...');
where provider1 IP is a number like 193.58.186.xxx
