I'm setting up Eventum to use for our IT Support, and I'd like to do some tweaks I can't
find on the regular settings.

I've set up a mailbox for eventum, and I'm using auto-create issues on it. I'd like to
disable the notification emails of "issue created" and "issue closed". Is there a way to
do this?
