i just released eventum 2.3.4 release

hopefully last 2.3 release, next one will be merged ui branch

- Fixed STR_PAD_LEFT PHP 5.3 compatability issue. Info and fix from

- Fixed custom_fields_weekly not encoding data properly for JavaScript
