Subject:bk commit into 5.0 tree (gkodinov:1.2235) BUG#21180

Below is the list of changes that have just been committed into a local
5.0 repository of kgeorge. When kgeorge does a push these changes will
be propagated to the main repository and, within 24 hours after the
push, to the public repository.

  Bug #21180: Subselect with index for both WHERE and ORDER BY produces empty result
  Disable const propagation for conditions that compare 
  strings with numbers because they may cause wrong 
  comparison. example : f1_num=const_str AND f2_str=f1_num
  where e.g. f1_num=5, const_str="5a", f2_str="5b".
