It is a binary distribution and you should install it according to the Readme file that
comes with it.  If you installed in the default directory C:\mysql, then the readme file
is c:\mysql\readme.
You do not need to execute the script command.  You will need to install mysql as an NT
service if you want it to start automatically when you reboot NT.  This is explained in
the readme file.  Note that you will the my.cnf file in c:\  Copy c:\mysql\my-example.cnf
to c:\my.cnf and you should be okay.
