Im a 13 year SQL veteran - ive worked extensively with oracle and sybase
for most every major wall street firm - and it took a full day to find,
download,
and install the windows version of mysql. Neither what needs to be
downloaded
nor the license nor the instructions are easy to find and use.
The downloads page at mysql.com needs some work.
This should have been a 10 minute task.
