I thought I would try for myself.  I had not seen the new site yet.  I 
purchased the Windows licence about 1 1/2 years ago.  I like the yellow.

I did manage to find 3.22.25 on 
http://www.mysql.com/downloads/mysql-3.22.html it is hidden in the 
older/contributed binaries (tarballs).  I guess "tarball" throws off most 
Windows users.

I am disappointed that 3.22.25 is the latest 3.22 version for Windows 
available.  I could not find a download for the Windows source except for 
3.23.21-beta.  I would hope that the latest of all major versions will 
eventually be released in source and binary for Windows.
