How to move database to another partition/disk?

Hallo to all,

we run mySQL 3.21.29a-gamma under NT 4.0 on partition C: and have to
move the database to another partition or disk because failing which
disc space.

How to do it?
- Just move the the directory mysql\data\mybase\*.* ?
- Install mySQL on the new partition/disc?
What else do we have to take care?
