windows installer...

Hello, I'm trying to make a modification to automatically add a few stuff to
the config files and create databases...

I was assuming I could make it at the msi installer, I got the source code
using bazar, but no luck to find the installer.

Anybody could be so kind to point me where the code for the installer is?
