Subject:Upgrade 3.23.49 to 3.23.58

I have a server running an older application that only supports MySQL 3.23 
(it may run fine under MySQL 4 or 5, but I haven't had the time yet to 
test it).  Currently this server is running MySQL 3.23.49 and I'd like to 
upgrade it to the last 3.23 release of 3.23.58.  Can I just copy the data 
files from .49 to .58?  This installation is using only MyISAM tables.
