Subject:Should I use myISAM or InnoDB??

mySQL 4.0.20 (win32)

I am getting a LOT of corruption with myISAM, 
I have been told to try switching to InnoDB.

What are the drawbacks of converting to InnoDB and what are the benefist>
Any FAQ somebody can point me to ?
