Sorry, i will do it from now on.
I have install MYSQL 4.0.13 in Windows Server 2003 in 3 dell servers,
and it work really nice from the first time. Later I configure the
innodb and memory parameters. But the basic installation work really
nice.
To help you further, please find the windows dir the file my.ini and
post it in the e-mail.

Yo tengo instalado MYSQL 4.0.13 en windows server 2003 en tres
servidores dell y esta funciono a la primera instalación y solo
configure más tarde innodb y otros parámetros para la memoria que tienen
los servidores, pero la instalación básica funciono de lo más bien.
