I am trying to import a text file into MySQL using the Load date infile command, and am having trouble importing data that contains the '\' character. I have tried the escape by '\\' clause, but it did not help. The data always comes into MySQL without any backslashes. Is there a way to correctly import a text file with '\' characters into MySQL?
