Hi..
I would like to know if it is preferable to write the implementation
strategy(outline) of the project in the student proposal.
example:
add so and so functions file xyz.cpp
add a modules to the code base which serves so and so purpose
change this subroutine to serve this purpose.
etc..etc..
or may be by using a flowchart(easy to read).
(or)
Is it preferable to write all your implementation details on a webpage/blog
and just link to it in the proposal to keep it short and sweet.
kindly suggest.
