Hello,

I'm glad to see MySQL on the list of accepted organizations so I'll be able to contribute to it during SoC 2008. The idea is to create a GUI interface for exporting/importing database tables into/from XML file formats. That could be a standalone application like a part of MySQL GUI tools, or that could be some kind of plug-in for MySQL Administrator (for example that could look like a submenu in the File menu, or that could be accessed by right-clicking on the table in the MySQL Administrator, or both).
I'll be happy to hear your comments.
