KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS LAST WEEK
=============================
Finish I_S table definition referenced by the old structure ST_SCHEMA_TABLE in
infoschema_table.h, but 
the create, fill table functions are just NULL pointer, which would not finish at 
this stage.
New code is not published into launchpad, because of disable of launchpad.

 Do not understand discovery clearly.
