To test out Skoll Client, simply type "./start". Skoll Client needs bzr executable, you can set the location of bzr in the "start" script, if it is not already in your path. Once the Skoll Client starts running, it will download mysql source code, compile, test and collect test results, the process will take around 1-2 hours. (Note: the first run might be slow because bzr downloads large amount of data"). These tools currently are NOT part of the Skoll process; they are in concept/experimental stage. Some tools depend on other tools and scripts others have written.
