MySQL Replication Checks.

Hi Everyone,

I have several different databases being replicated on a server and new 
databases being added all the time.
I want to be able to determine which databases are being replicated 
properly and which are not.
Is there some type of tool that can go through each database and tell me 
if it is properly being replicated or not?
Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
