Sent by mistake, here is the full replay,

Please describe how are you making the data synchronization.

Possible issues with mysql replication:

1- binlog-do-db and ignore-db, please check the documentation warning about
the "default" database of the connection.

http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/replication-options-binary-log.html#option_mysqld_binlog-do-db

2- Clients with super privileges + sql-log-bin = 0

http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/set-sql-log-bin.html

3- errors in your replication + slave-skip-errors

http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/replication-options-slave.html#option_mysqld_slave-skip-errors

And many more...

About the missing events, are those event in the binlog of the master?

Martin.
