Forgot the zeroth step: svn co the ISPRAS ABI checker into
~/src/abi-compliance-checker/head:

  $ cd ~/src
  $ svn co http://forge.ispras.ru/svn/abi-compliance-checker
  $ cd abi-compliance-checker
  $ mv trunk head

You could instead edit mysql++.bkl prior to the bootstrap step to change the command to
match where you checked the tool out.
