The easiest way to zero in on it that I know of is to use this:

	http://ispras.linux-foundation.org/index.php/ABI_compliance_checker

On running it, you will see that the ABI changed incompatibly between 3.0.9 and 3.1.0.  I
suspect it's due to changes in ConnectionPool.  The desired end point is to get back to
the 3.0.9 ABI so that 3.1.1 can be safely rolled out in binary repos (Fedora, Ubuntu...)
that currently ship 3.0.9.
