Microsoft VC++2008 Express

I built mysql++ from the source files. My question now is what do I do with
it? Is there not one library like mysqlpp.lib that I need to include in my
projects. I had 0 errors and 0 warnings. What do I do from here? I have used
mysql++ many times on Linux but never on Windows before.
