Well, that's not what it means to the OS.  I guess you haven't been  
programming long; give it a few years and you'll be as nit-picky as  
the rest of us.

You're welcome to use whatever tools you like, of course, but by not  
using the command line at least for testing, you're hugely limiting  
the number of people that can help you.  You've constructed a Venn  
diagram with two circles, one for MySQL++, the other for Netbeans,  
with a t-i-n-y overlap region.

This is why I asked for a compilation command above.  That's something  
everyone using Linux can try, making for a much bigger overlap region.
