My prime reason for having chosen Debian Lenny was because the stable packages are supposed to be, err..., stable. It's just unfortunate that all the developers seem to take so long getting on with it. Maybe Debian was not my best choice. It's only use for me is so I can develop MySQL++ applications. I run it as a headless server and edit my source on a Mac with TextMate. I can't afford an OS X Server, so perhaps someone could suggest an alternative. Regards, Mike.
