It also contains Visual C++ 2005 project files. There is no longer any support for Borland compilers, but maybe you can get it to work. If you don't have a tool on your computer that will handle .tar.gz files, I recommend 7zip: http://7zip.org/ It's open source and unpacks many different file formats.
