I have been using mysql++ version 2.0.6 under linux for several years 
now, linking in the library libmysqlpp.la

It's missing from later versions, where did it go?  Or can I generate it 
myself somehow?

I'd like to move on to newer versions of MySQL, but without this library 
I'm pretty much stuck
