Subject:Resolved issues with build in C++ (no IDE)

Turns out that I had to pass extra parameters along the C++ compiler:

c++ tmp.cpp -I/usr/include/mysql -I/usr/include/mysql++ -lmysqlpp
-L/usr/lib/mysql -L/usr/local/lib/mysql++
