In the forthcoming release of mysql++, if you use the default
constructor of DateTime, it will give NOW() when passed into a query.

This should permit the following:

my_struct_instance.update_time = DateTime();

You might want to create a function called Now() which just returns
DateTime() to make your end code clearer, or maybe Warren could add it
into v3?
