Subject:mysql_thread_id() ??
View as plain text
I can't find anything in the Connection object that returns the MySQL thread ID. Can it be
added as a method please? Or do I simply have to update my library version? I am using
version 2.3.2.

http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/mysql-thread-id.html

I need it to act as a temporary ID for the Connection object I am using. Should be quite a
simple call to add - you offer the kill method but no ID method that would return the
PID/Thread ID in order to pass in as a parameter!

Ta,

Jim
