Why must you use tools that are nearly a decade old?  Visual Studio 
Express 2005 a free download, and if you must have something in the 
Professional version, it's not an expensive upgrade.

The MySQL++ site doesn't claim that there's documentation for that 
version.  It's quite clear that it's not supported, and if there's a 
problem, no one's likely to help you with it.
