Hello,
after solving the bakefile issue, the bootstrap script still wouldn't
create configure. Looking into the scripts, I discovered rebake did
return with a non-zero exit status, but did not print a diagnosis.
I guess the command chaining with "&&" is not really necessary in this
case, since all those *.ds? files are just for the microsoft compiler,
and pretty useless on a linux machine anyway.
