I think I see the problem. After merging the library and example
Bakefiles, that changed the output directories Visual C++ uses, and the
install.bat file wasn't changed to match.
If you want to try this out to see if I've fixed it, you can either
download the current svn version of MySQL++, or just remove "lib\" from
lines 16 through 20, plus lines 23 and 24 in install.bat.

install.bat is only for Windows. If it doesn't work there, it's
unconditionally a bug. Don't hold back on the bug reports. :)
