Hello Vivek,

The MySQL C API comes with MySQL. Install the latest version of MySQL 
and you will have it. This is the mailing list for MySQL++ - which is a 
C++ wrapper for the C API. For more information on just the C API, you 
may want to try one of the other mailing lists.
