Error while initializing the MySQL Dll

I've built successfully MySQL++ and several examples as well as my own
application.
But when I'm trying to run either examples (for instance resetdb) or my own
app, I'm getting the following error:

resetdb.exe - Entry Point Not Found
---------------------------
The procedure entry point mysql_next_result could not be located in the
dynamic link library LIBMYSQL.dll. 

The configuration I use:

MySQL Server 5.0
MySQL++  2.1.1
VS.Net 2005

I would appreciate any hint or help.
