I can not build the library mysqlpp, I see a makefile.vc but do not see the makemake.bat script anywhere. From the makefile.vc ## ../makemake.bat script prepends this to Makefile.base to create a ## complete Makefile. Has anyone built the mysql++ version 2.1.1 in vc 2003? Also, I am using mysql 4.1.12.
