I don't see why you need to run bootstrap, but if you really do, just 
install Bakefile.  If it's not part of SuSE, get it here:

	http://bakefile.sf.net/

The release version of v2.1.0 will also fix the "'con' was not declared 
in this scope" error that you got.  You appear to be using a test version.
