I already downloaded the latest release (there were however some
problems even with that release). Anyways I build and everything works ok
I created vc7.1 solution files (for the lib, and examples) and if
mysqlpp provided default config.h and mysql++.h then there would be no
need for any configuration steps - just open solution and build it.
