I just tried the commands in bootstrap script separately.
Automake , aclocal, libtoolize works fine
Autoheader, autoconf will fail and generate the complaints about line 17
in configure.in.

Alright, the bootstrap script's commands should definitely be reordered.
Copy the attached version over the one in .11.
