Subject:seg fault on all example programs
View as plain text
Hello, I'm new to the list and while I've seen this problem on the list,
I've not seen a solution or even more to look at to find a solution for
it..

First, I installed MySQL++ following these instructions due to a problem
that I was having getting MySQL++ to configure.

http://lists.mysql.com/plusplus/3108

Upon finishing the install with no errors, I tried to execute the
example programs with the same results as the author of that message,
Segmentation faults on every execution.

My setup is debian woody 3.0, updated gcc/g++ to 3.0.4, using mysql++
1.7.9 and mysql 3.23.49.

Has there been a solution found for this? Any idea how to proceed
figuring this out?

Thanks,
Mike
