Can't exec "mysql_config" eror when install DBD-mysql-4.013

Hi All:

 

I have latest version of MySql and Mysql DB installed,  but when I tried
to install MySql DBD 4.013,  I got the "mysql_config" not found error.

I searched google fort this error, many questions are listed,  but I
couldn't find an answer.

 

I installed MySql using rpm,  there is NO mysql_config any where on my
RedHat 5 Linux client.  I know mysql is working find on my host, because
I could login, create tables, insert records.

 

Here is the installation records of MySql on my host.

 

A quick solution/answer will be greatly appreciated.  

 

The developers should fix/address this issue as soon as possible to
reduce the pain/frustration to this simple installation procedure.
