Hi,
I'm running Redhat 8.0
and I'm installing apache, php, mysql, postgres, openssl etc.
my first step is to install mysql.
I want it to be perl enabled, which means I have downloaded,
(this is in compliance with the INSTALL BINARY doc that comes with mysql),

Data-Dumper-2.101
DBI-1.18
Msql-Mysql-modules-1.2218
Data-Dumper and DBI installed OK,
then I start mysql and
try to install Msql-Mysql-modules.
However I get an error when doing a make, the error is
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lz
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
