A typical indicator for mixing binaries from various sources,
for example the MySQL site and the Red Hat distribution.

Either use the binaries that come with your distribution
(Red Hat includes compiled versions of DBI and DBD::mysql)
or compile *everything* (Perl, MySQL, DBI and DBD::mysql,
in that order) from scratch.
