msql-mysql-modules compilation error

	I am having trouble installing the mSQL and Mysql module version 1.2017 on
BSDi 2.1. My perl is version 5.004_04 and Mysql is version 5.1. I'm only
trying to install option one, the Mysql interface.

	When I run 'make', I get the following errors. Can anyone help me
understand why?
