This is something you can safely ignore.
It is related to your security settings.
The test script is just not clever enough
to detect the reason. (I'd be thankfull,
if you could give me a fix, though.)

This should be looked at, though. Please try
running

  export DBI_TRACE=2
  make test TEST_FILES=t/dbdadmin.t TEST_VERBOSE=1 2>&1

and send me the output.
