Ugh, thanks for spotting this! The manual is now in a separate BK tree,
and I have to copy it over into the MySQL source tree before building the
distribution. I did copy it before, but "make dist" did not pick it up.
This will be fixed for the next release - in the meantime you can obtain
the file from our mysqldoc BK tree. Sorry about that.
