Hi!

AFAIK, we don't have anything like an RSS feed (good idea, there). You 
can subscribe to the commits list (http://lists.mysql.com/commits). All 
commit mails for documentation commits start with "svn commit - 
mysqldoc@docsrva" in the Subject line.
