Changes in documentation.

Hello,

My name is Adiel. I am new here and I have a question.
How can I be notified of changes in the MySQL documentation.
I thought this information would be disclosed in this list,
but I realized that nothing is disclosed here a long time.

I'd like to know, for example, when a page x of the reference manual,
version y, has updated or when there is any modification on any page
of documentation, without having to check each page in search of changes.
