>Description:
We use a Mysql server as a logging system. Since upgrading
to 3.22.20a, it will frequently (a few times per day) go into a mode where
all threads seem to disappear and a single mysqld process remains. It
binds to the port, but connections to it simply hang, and since it's
binding to the port a new process can't be automatically started. It must
be killed before anything can be done.
